R. A. Carnell BSc, LLB, MRICS, MCIArb
Robert Carnell established R. A. Carnell Ltd and Carnell & Thompkins Ltd after expensive experience in the construction industry. He is the Director of R. A. Carnell Ltd and Regional Director of Carnell & Thompkins Ltd. He has expertise and experience in providing support in dispute resolutions. Robert Carnell was awarded a first class honours law degree in 2005. This legal understanding coupled with his construction knowledge makes him a ideal candidate to meet clients construction needs and resolve any problems.
M. S. Thompkins BSc, MSc, MRICS, LLB, MCIArb
Malcolm Thompkins established Carnell & Thompkins Ltd with Robert Carnell. He has expensive experience in Project Management and is also a qualified adjudicator in construction disputes.
He has also significant experience in facilities management and preparing feasibility studies for potential construction schemes. He is based primarily in the North East.
T. L. Carnell AssocRICS
Tanya Carnell is an employee at R. A. Carnell Ltd working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. She has completed her Associate RICS qualification in 2015. She has been involved in a number of projects. The most recent was based in central London. During this project she acted as the project surveyor submitting the valuations for the conversion of office space into two multi-million pound luxury town houses on Craven Street close to Trafalgar square.

Jason Carnell is an employee at R. A. Carnell Ltd working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. He is a graduate of Lincoln university who is in the process of completing his Associate RICS qualification. He has been involved in a number of projects including The Blackhorse public house which is a 200 year old, oak beam refurbishment project. He helped prepare valuations and complete site remeasures. The works involved lifting the entire structure and replacing the damage beams. He also assists with preparing cost estimate reports and defect reports.
P.A. Carnell
Patricia Carnell is an employee at R. A. Carnell Ltd working as an administrative assistant at the firm for many years. She has helped work on a number of projects throughout her career. She has assisted with the preparation of a number of dispute documentations and construction reports.
Her role includes providing accounts and giving administrative support to both R.A. Carnell Ltd and Carnell & Thompkins Ltd.
